Preheat your oven to 350℉. In a bowl cream together butter, milk, and sugar with a hand mixer.

Carefully crack 4 eggs into the same bowl. Add 1 can of crushed pineapple, and use a whisk to fully mix together.

Remove the crust from 5 slices of white bread, cut them into small cubes, and add them into the same bowl. Fold bread into the batter with a spatula.

Pour mixture into a greased 9x13" casserole dish and spread out evenly. Bake for 1 hour.
Serve immediately and enjoy!

Grease your casserole dish: Don't forget this step! Greasing your baking dish will result in an easier clean up.
Canned pineapples: I recommend using canned pineapple for this recipe, they're so much sweeter and full of flavor!
Drain the pineapple juice: Make sure to strain as much of the juice from the can of crushed pineapple as possible, this prevents excess moisture in your casserole.
Add extra fruit: If you'd like a fruiter casserole, experiment with adding in strawberries, raspberries, or your favorite fruit!
Serve with a twist: Although pineapple casserole is often enjoyed as a side dish, don't limit its potential. Try serving pineapple casserole with whipped cream, a scoop of vanilla ice cream, or caramel syrup!
