Pour the quinoa, water, and salt in the Instant Pot insert, then place on the lid.
1½ cups Quinoa, 18 oz Vegetable broth, 1 teaspoon Salt
Set the pot to Manual / High pressure, and set the cook time to 1 minute.
After the pot has pressurized and cooked for 1 minute, use natural release for 15 minutes.
Remove from the pot, serve, and enjoy!
Notes
The type of quinoa doesn't matter, all will cook perfectly this way! Just make sure it's not a rice and quinoa blend, as the two grains will not cook evenly.
The broth can be swapped out for your favorite broth, stock, or just plain water. Choose your favorite depending on what the quinoa is for!
The total time of this recipe is 23 minutes, but remember to only set your Instant Pot to cook for 1 minute. The rest of the time is pressurizing!
