Ingredients
  

  • cups Quinoa
  • 18 oz Vegetable broth or water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions
 

  • Pour the quinoa, water, and salt in the Instant Pot insert, then place on the lid.

  • Set the pot to Manual / High pressure, and set the cook time to 1 minute.

  • After the pot has pressurized and cooked for 1 minute, use natural release for 15 minutes.

  • Remove from the pot, serve, and enjoy!

Notes

  • The type of quinoa doesn't matter, all will cook perfectly this way! Just make sure it's not a rice and quinoa blend, as the two grains will not cook evenly.
  • The broth can be swapped out for your favorite broth, stock, or just plain water. Choose your favorite depending on what the quinoa is for!
  • The total time of this recipe is 23 minutes, but remember to only set your Instant Pot to cook for 1 minute. The rest of the time is pressurizing!
  • This is the perfect base recipe to add your own flavorings too! I love adding spices to the broth like turmeric, cinnamon, and ginger.
