Add the breadcrumb mixture to the bowl with the brussels sprouts and stir until all sprouts are coated well.
Evenly spread the sprouts in your air fryer tray or basket, being careful not to overcrowd your air fryer.
Air fry at 360°F for 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Cook in batches as necessary to avoid overcrowding the fryer.

Try varying the seasoning! You can use honey and sriracha to make sweet-and-spicy brussels sprouts, red pepper and parmesan for a spicy kick with crisp cheese, or simply use olive oil and sea salt if you like a subtle natural flavor.
It's important not to overcrowd your air fryer so the sprouts cook correctly. Make sure none of them are overlapping in the basket or tray.
You can preheat the air fryer, but it isn't necessary for this recipe. The sprouts will come out crisp even if you do not preheat it.
