Quick Roasted Tomatoes

we're making

Simply toss the tomatoes in olive oil, season them, and roast them to perfection!

You will need...

Grape Tomatoes  Ground Pepper  Coarse Salt  Granulated Garlic  Olive Oil


It's amazing!

Tomatoes of any variety are a wonderfully wholesome side dish packed with flavor!

Flour Bowl

Drizzle a dab of oil over the tomatoes and lightly rub the oil over the tomatoes.


Sprinkle with the salt, pepper, and garlic, one at a time. 


Oil a skillet. Heat to medium-low before adding the tomatoes.


Cook, covered, for 10 minutes. Do not flip or mess with the tomatoes while they’re roasting.


Remove from heat and enjoy!
