Instant Pot Potato Salad

You will need...

Medium-size potatoes Mayonnaise Vinegar Salt and pepper Sugar Celery Onions Eggs Water Chives


It's amazing!

Creamy potato salad is the perfect side dish for the holidays, picnics, weekdays - you name it!

Flour Bowl

Add eggs and potatoes to the Instant Pot with water.


Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes, then quick release. Remove the eggs, drain water, and place potatoes in fridge to cool.


Wash and slice celery and onions. Peel and chop cooled eggs into pieces. Once potatoes cool, add these ingredients to the pot.


Combine mayo, vinegar, salt, sugar, and pepper in a bowl. Mix dressing with potato salad ingredients in the pot.


Serve chilled and garnished with fresh chives if you desire! Enjoy!
