Easy Turmeric Cauliflower Rice
This is perfect for enjoying as a side dish on its own. Plus, it's keto-friendly, gluten-free, and totally wholesome!
You will need...
Salt and pepper
Just like regular rice, cauliflower rice pairs perfectly with just about anything you want to serve it with.
Add cauliflower to a food processor in batches and pulse 10-15 times for rice-sized granules.
Heat olive oil over medium and saute carrots.
When the carrots have cooked enough, add riced cauliflower and seasoning.
Cook a few minutes until cooked through and nicely mixed.
Top with spring onions, serve, and enjoy!
