Grilled Corn Ribs

You will need...

Corn Cobs Butter melted Olive Oil Minced Garlic Paprika Salt  Pepper


It's amazing!

This is a super fun vegetable side dish packed with flavor! Corn ribs are sweet, savory, and so easy to make!

Flour Bowl

Heat grill, or grill pan on the stove, to medium-high. Cut corn into quarters and place in a casserole dish.


Cover the corn completely with melted butter and olive oil.


Season with paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic. Flip the corn to fully coat each piece in seasoning and the butter-oil mixture.


Add corn to the grill and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Flip, continuing to cook until charred on the opposite side.


Continue to brush corn ribs with garlic butter as they cook for maximum flavor.


Once charred and curled to corn ribs perfection, remove from the heat, serve, and enjoy!
