Korean Cream Cheese Garlic Bread Rolls

You will need...

Medium dinner rolls Cream cheese Sugar Butter Heavy cream Egg Milk Garlic Parsley Parmesan (optional)

Crunchy on the outside, creamy on the inside, these cream cheese garlic bread rolls are irresistible!

Flour Bowl

Use an electric mixer to beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in sugar and heavy cream one at a time to make your filling.

Spoon filling into a piping bag or a large plastic bag with a corner cut out.

Slice dinner rolls into 6-8 equal wedges without cutting all of the way through the bread.

Pipe cream cheese filling in between each slice of the rolls.

Mix melted butter with egg and milk until smooth. Add parsley minced and garlic and stir.

Dip rolls in the garlic butter custard and let it soak through.

Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with Parmesan (optional).

Bake at 350°F for 5-10 minutes, or until golden-brown.
