Turmeric Cauliflower Rice

You will need...

Cauliflower Turmeric Carrots Spring onions Turmeric Salt and pepper


It's amazing!

Just 20 minutes is all you need to make this gorgeous, flavorful substitute for rice!

Flour Bowl

Add cauliflower to a food processor in batches and pulse 10-15 times for rice-sized granules.


Heat olive oil over medium and saute carrots.


When the carrots have cooked enough, add riced cauliflower and seasoning.


Cook a few minutes until cooked through and nicely mixed.


Top with spring onions, serve, and enjoy!
