With a perfectly soft, fluffy inside and a beautiful golden brown crust, all with only 2 ingredients, making bread in the slow cooker has never been easier!
In a bowl add both ingredients and mix well. Lightly flour a flat surface and place dough on top. Knead for 1 minute with your hands.
Form an oblong dough ball and place it inside a greased loaf pan. Turn slow cooker on high and place the pan inside. Cover with a towel, and place the lid on top to secure the towel.
Cook for 2 hours and 15-20 minutes. To brown the top of your bread, preheat your oven to 450°F and place the bread inside.
Let the bread cool for 10-15 minutes before removing it from the loaf pan. Serve and enjoy!
