Made with butter, parsley, garlic, and thyme, this easy butter sauce is the perfect addition to earthy button mushrooms!
They're so good, I've even convinced people who normally don't like mushrooms to try them - and they love them!
Clean and dry mushrooms. Add butter and olive oil to a pan over medium-high heat. Allow the butter to melt.
Add mushrooms and season with salt and pepper. Let them cook for 5-7 minutes.
Reduce the heat to medium and add garlic, thyme, and parsley. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
