Au Gratin Potatoes (Gluten-Free)

Filled with creamy garlic potatoes and topped with a cheesy crust, this is an amazing potato bake.

You will need...

Yukon gold potatoes Unsalted butter Garlic Heavy whipping cream Shredded gruyere cheese Fresh thyme (optional) Salt Pepper

Prep takes 10 minutes, then bake and serve. Rich, decadent, and gluten-free!

Flour Bowl

Melt butter in a pan and cook garlic.


Layer the pan with half your sliced potatoes, heavy whipping cream, Gruyere cheese, salt, pepper, cubed butter, and thyme.


Finish with a second layer, topping it off with the remaining Gruyere cheese.


Cover and bake for 1 hour, then uncover and bake another 15-20 minutes.


Serve and enjoy!
