Olive oil Onion Carrots Garlic Ginger Broth Salt and pepper Tumeric
This Instant Pot Carrot Soup Recipe whips up a cozy, warm soup with only seven ingredients and a total cook time of under 30 minutes.
Slice all of the vegetables, then set the Instant Pot to Saute mode and add the oil to the bowl.
Once the oil is hot, add in the onions and carrots. Cook until the onions are translucent, 2-3 minutes.
Add in the garlic and ginger, stirring frequently, and cook for one minute until aromatic.
Turn off the saute setting, then add in the broth and seasonings.
Put on and secure the Instant Pot lid and set it to the Soup setting, then let it cook for 15 minutes.
Naturally release the pressure, then blend the soup into a smooth puree. Enjoy!
