Grease a baking dish with cooking spray. Cut russet potatoes into evenly-sized cubes, then add them to the dish.
6 large Russet potatoes
Pour olive oil over the potatoes. Sprinkle with a spoonful of combined seasoning and stir to fully mix together, then add another spoonful and mix again. Continue to season the potatoes this way to evenly season them.
½ cup olive oil
Add the baking dish to the grill over medium heat. Cook for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Remove from the grill once fork-tender and crispy. Serve and enjoy!

Notes
Always cut potatoes as evenly as possible before roasting or grilling to insure even cooking.
Make sure to stir your potatoes every 10 minutes throughout the duration of the cooking time.
Do not cover the potatoes in foil, you want the smoke to get in there and you do not want to steam them!
