Smothered  Potatoes

we're making

All you need to do is some simple slicing prep work. You don't even have to peel or cut the potatoes if you don't want to!

You will need...

Smoked Kielbasa sausage  Olive oil Baby potatoes  Onion  Salt Black pepper Red pepper flakes  Frozen peas Water


It's amazing!

Smothered potatoes and sausage pairs well with just about any meat you can think of!

Flour Bowl

Add olive oil to a Dutch oven over medium heat. Slice sausage and add to the pot. Cook until it begins to brown.


Pour water into the pot along with potatoes. Place onion on top, then cover. Lower the heat and cook 40-45 minutes.


When the potatoes are tender, add peas. Cover and cook a few more minutes until the peas are cooked through.


Season to taste with salt and pepper (keep in mind the Kielbasa is naturally salty). Serve, and enjoy!
