Air Fryer Asparagus Fries

Lemon garlic aioli adds a bright finish that makes the perfect dip for these fries.
I promise you'll love them!
Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Rinse and dry asparagus. Add flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs seasoned with garlic powder and paprika to bowls.
Dip asparagus in eggs, flour, eggs again, then breadcrumbs. Coat all asparagus.
Add breaded asparagus to air fryer tray in an even layer. Leave a bit of space between each.
Air fry for 7 minutes. Remove with tongs.
Make aioli by mixing together mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt.
Dip the asparagus fires in the aioli and enjoy!
