Corn Cobs Butter melted Olive Oil Minced Garlic Paprika Salt Pepper
This is a super fun vegetable side dish packed with flavor! Corn ribs are sweet, savory, and so easy to make!
Heat grill, or grill pan on the stove, to medium-high. Cut corn into quarters and place in a casserole dish.
Cover with melted butter and olive oil.
Season with paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic. Flip the corn to fully coat each piece in seasoning and the butter-oil mixture.
Add to the grill and cook for 10 minutes. Flip, and cook until charred on the opposite side.
Continue to brush corn ribs with garlic butter as they cook for maximum flavor.
Once charred, remove from the heat. Serve and enjoy!
