Air Fried Potatoes
I love using my air fryer for extra crispy potatoes that are done in half the time! No more waiting for the oven to preheat, and your potatoes are cooked through in just 10 minutes. They get crispy all over while staying perfectly tender and soft on the inside!
Perfectly seasoned and crispy but tender, potatoes in the air fryer are a dream come true. You will want them for breakfast every morning, or serve them as a side dish for your favorite dinners!
Air fryer potatoes make a great side dish for chicken, pork, and beef - my family's favorite way to enjoy these crispy potatoes is with a good steak. Add some dipping sauce on the side, and you have a perfect meal.

Air Frying Potatoes Tips
- No need to boil or soak potatoes before air frying them! The air fryer does all the work for you in a fraction of the time.
- You can easily make air-fried potatoes ahead of time, then reheat in the air fryer for 5 minutes before serving!
Storing and Reheating Leftover Air Fried Potatoes
- Storing: Store any leftover air fryer potatoes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. I don't recommend freezing leftover potatoes as they turn soggy and mushy after thawing.
- Reheating: Reheat any air fryer potatoes left over in the air fryer at 350°F for 5 minutes or until warmed through.
